Great customer service, not good product.
I would love to give this product a great review. The company was great in trying to help get the problem resolved. Unfortunately the problem is with the key selling point of this fan - the thermostat feature does not work. The fan literally runs all the time when plugged in. The company promptly sent me another cord, and unfortunately it has the exact same issue. The fan is supposed to kick on at 86 degrees. I was testing the unit with the fan and the thermostat part of the cord in a freezer, and the fan continued to run for 4 hours, until I removed power from it. This was the same with both the new and old cords they provided. The customer service was awesome, but unfortunately the product is a dud.
