Gives energy and focus but does not disturb sleep. Beta alanine i love the high dosage which gives tingles and lets you know they have put great dosage. L-citrulline is respectable dosage. Best budget pre with exotic flavours. Update : Blackberry lemonade is the best flavour bubblegum smell with pink lemonade taste on par with gayor pre workout. Peach is also good. Blue raz is a good berry flavour and does not have any medicinal taste unlike most other pre workout. All flavours from healthfarm are great and budget friendly.
