I wouldn’t put it in the washing machine! . I think it means you can wipe it with a wet cloth.. **Q: Does the bag have a bad smell?** A: Not really. There might have been a very small bit of an odor, but if there was, it was gone within two or three hours. There’s certainly nothing now, and I’ve had a dress zipped up in it since about three hours after I unpacked the bag. Checked the inside just now, and there’s no odor. **Q: Will this stain a white satin dress if left inside for a few months?** A: My wife has had a white gown stored in this bag for 5 months since our daughter's wedding with no ill effects ## Frequently Bought Together - Dress Bags for Gowns Long, 65'' Long Dress Clear Garment Bag(Set of 2, 23.3'' X 65'') - Lazebox 43" Travel Garment Bag with Accessories Zipper Pocket, Heavy Duty Suit Bag for Suits, Tuxedos, Dresses, Coats, Black, 1 pack - Garment Bags for Travel, 50'' Garment Bags for Hanging Clothes, Suit bag (Set of 2, 23.3'' X 50'') --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/593130358-marmins-dress-bags-for-gowns-long-65-long-dress-clear](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/593130358-marmins-dress-bags-for-gowns-long-65-long-dress-clear) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
