HOSHANHO 3 Pieces Knife Set, Professional Japanese Kitchen Knife Set

These are very fine knives. They look beautiful in the box and in the knife block. I wanted to put them through their paces before I reviewed them. The family was here for the long weekend and the knives performed exceptionally well. They are sharp out of the box and stay sharp. I had used them for several days before my guests arrived and they did everything I asked and joyfully invited more. This weekend it was more of the same. Five cooks in the kitchen and everyone using and abusing them. These knives fit your hand well and did everything they were asked, no problems at all. (the only problem we had is that I need another paring knife. I know where I can find a good one)

Love this knife set! I just got these and have only had one opportunity to use one knife. I cut a tomato that was already cut and only had part remaining. My last knife set would bend on the tomato and just smoosh it, this sliced right through! Very sharp. Feels great in the hand. Can't wait to slice and dice some more!

It's a great set. All knives are well built and come sharp and ready for work. Handles are comfortable and have an elegant look and feel.
