Like physiotherapy
I gave this to my son who had a thumb surgery, and he has to do certain types of exercises. This object helped to build confidence on him, at the beginning was difficult for him to started it. Now he carrys it everywhere he goes.

Small but powerful.
Takes a bit to get the movement correct to keep it running but will definitely give your wrist and grip a workout. Had two other people try it and both were happy with the results. All of us were impressed that a small non motorized ball could give that amount of exercise to your wrist and fingers.
