XMALL Wrist Power Gyro Ball, Hand Forearm Strengthener, Wrist Trainer, Auto-Start Colorful Lighting

I gave this to my son who had a thumb surgery, and he has to do certain types of exercises. This object helped to build confidence on him, at the beginning was difficult for him to started it. Now he carrys it everywhere he goes.

Works amazing for softball warmup. The lights add a fun little effect while doing the workout.

This hand twist ball is a compact exercise accessory designed to strengthen the wrist, fingers, forearm and improve grip. Super good, I recommend using it both in sports training and in physical rehabilitation

It doesn't deserve a star. The first one didn't wind, It was broken and it was brand new. Got a replacement. It came in a broken opened box nothing in the box except the ball. Out of curiosity I tried winding it . Also wouldn't wind. I sent it back. Beware of XMALL brand [Maybe it was the Amazon warehouse employees fault]. They should discard returned broken items, not put them on the shelf and use them as replacements. Maybe other brands will work? If the item worked I'm guessing it would be somewhat helpful for nerve and muscle problems BUT POOR QUALITY

It did not start when released it would stall and hard to get going.
