dried tremella 5.29oz/150g, snow fungus, edible dried mushrooms

I finally found a good quality snow fungus . Here is what I found. (1) the fungus does not smell off. I’ve tried other brands that gave smell like bleach. (2) there are 5 solid full heads of fungus. No broken pieces. (3) I used 2 pieces to make 3 quarts of soup in my instant pot. (4) the fungus was clean but not bleached white. (5) I made snow fungus & lotus seed soup with Osthamus. Instead of sugar, I used monk fruit & Allulose, which does not spike my blood glucose. I’m very happy to have found this brand. I will keep buying it. Highly recommend it! Amazon Prime got it to my door within 2 days!

It is very healthy and clean. I made a batch with one so far my pack had 5. Just rinse really well and soak one hour before boiling.

This Tremella aka snow fungi is great. No complaints~!
