I am in the early stages of Osteoporosis and I am concerned about my calcium intake. I use these daily and have no side effects and they are easy to swallow. I'm 73. Everything I read says I need to up my calcium intake to help avoid brittle bones and loss of bone mass. I've been using these for almost a year. They are easy to swallow. I like the idea that I get the calcium and the nutrients to help my body actually absorb and use the calcium. As I understand it, calcium pills alone aren't all that great because the tools necessary for your body to use the calcium aren't there. I take one at night and one in morning. So far, my doctor says my bones are fine. I can't say for certain these pills are helping, but I plan to keep taking them just in case.
