*Not a paid review*Here’s my honest feedback on this item:I really love this carrying case for the DJI mavic air.This case is made out of extremely high quality. It does not feel cheap. This case is very sturdy. Furthermore, this case is waterproof so it will protect my drone, controller, batteries, wires, adapters & everything else inside the case.I also love the fact that this case is user friendly. Once I open up the case, there are pre-made sections within the case to fit all my drone needs & also the drone itself. For a case this size, there is plenty of room for extras if I wanted to bring them along. I can say that I have had no problems with space.Aside from the extra space, there is also a padding on the top (inside) of the case so when I go to close the case, my drone & accessories will not get scratched or dented which ensures that everything is safe inside which is a plus for me.The locks on this case are also user friendly & are easy to lock & unlock. Also, the handle on this case is very sturdy & well built. When I am carrying this case, I can not feel a single thing move or shake around in the carrying case, which tells me that this case is pretty solid & built to last.Overall, this carrying case is solid & very well built & made for the DJI Mavic air.Though there are other similar products out there for the Mavic air, I truly believe that this particular carrying case is built to last & is the best you can get for the price.I highly recommend this case to anyone who owns a DJI Mavic Air. You will not be disappointed.

Many reviewers have written excellent comments about this case and I thank them for their candor. As a result of their reviews I purchased this case. I could not be more pleased. You definitely will not be disappointed.A few reviewers wrote about modifying the drone compartment so your Mavic Air will sit on the body, like it does in the stock case, rather than the rear motors. I used old computer mouse pads (see photos). Total thickness is 0.3 inches. but you really need to do it in two parts to match the contour of the stock case. The top layer is smaller than the bottom layer which I attached to the case. I used two-sided tape to attached the two pieces together and then to attached it to the case. It's a perfect fit.I have attached several photos to show how to pack the case. Which direction prop guards should be placed. The white paper underneath is my FAA License. I also show how to pack the Full Aluminum-Alloy Foldable Tablet Stand Holder Tablet ipad Mount Holder with Lanyard, the right angle data transmission cable (slightly longer than the iphone cable provided with the controller) for connection to the iPhone if using the foldable holder, extra props, ND filters.Lastly, I show how to easily connect a shoulder strap. I used 2 snap clip hooks to insert into the holes and then used an old laptop case shoulder strap.

Quick handling of replacement no charge

Great case. Made a few alterations to my liking. I prefer my Mavic Air to sit in it's original case because the original case contains a center support that reduces the weight on your rear motors. IMO, the MA should never sit on a flat surface while folded because most of the weight sits on the rear motors.With that being said, this case is PERFECT to house both. Best of both worlds, double protection. Fits snug if you cut it right by leaving foam on both sides (see picture). Then I hotglued the cut peice of foam i cut off to make the MA fit even snugger vertically. Also, the remote fits pretty snug, so i cut out a small area where you grip the remote, making it easier to extract for your thumb. Not needed, but makes things easier. I shouldnt need to explain how these modifications were made if you check out the photos closely. (Scissors)Lastly, there is a perfect cut out to hide your spare props. 5stars for perfect amount of space, great price and of course the EXTREME PROTECTION of my baby!BONUS: by the handle, there is a cool name plate slot for you to display your owner information or production logo. I know this is something small but it makes a BIG difference when personalizing your prized possessions.

This case is perfect for me. It fits everything I want to have with me when I fly...iPad, sunshade, spare props, tablet holder, lanyard, charger, signal boosters, GetterBack (for flying over water), and all the cables. I have one negative which does not really matter to me, the cutout foam is not attached to the bottom foam, so it moves around a little and/or can be pulled out completely. Not a deal breaker because of how well it contains everything else and I have considered gluing it down myself. It will fit the prop guards, but I do not use them so if you want to get the prop guards in the case, you will have to figure out what other items you can get to fit with them. By far, the best case for a DJI drone that I have come across for all the extra space available to get what you want in it.The quality of the case is acceptable for what I want in a case, it is not as robust as a pelican or nanuk, but it also does not have that price tag. I think other case manufacturers should learn from this design with more storage area to be able to keep everything together in one case.
