the monkfruit/erythritol i use now doesn't dissolve well and leaves a gritty layer on the bottom of my finished product. does your product do this?

Yes. I am experiencing it as I type. I stumbled across these response as I was researching whether or not this Lakanto monk fruit would dissolve for beverages. Currently, 1/2 cup of the substance has been sitting in the bottom of a clear pitcher for 30 minutes and has not dissolved. Not sure why???

What is the country of origin? Is any of it sourced from China?
