Bought these as my ankle joints had started to become really stiff after sleeping, until I moved around a bit. I've also had a 'locked' back upon waking every morning for years due to a strained back, but had just become used to it and found an automated back massager to deal with this. I've been down the normal route of cod liver oil and multi vitamins without any noticeable change. After reading multiple websites, this sounded worth a try. After a week and a half of taking half a tablet, I honestly, hand on heart can say I wake up without any back pain. This was totally unexpected. I decided to give it a few days, just to make sure the lack of pain wasn't a fluke. Day after day I wake without any back pain. I never thought this could happen. My ankles still feel a little stiff but there's definite improvement. On the 'down' side these tablets are HUGE and I can't manage even half without gagging. Instead I cut the tablets in half and use a pestle and morter to grind them into powder. I prepare a week's worth in test tubes so even if I'm rushing in the morning, I can chugg one down and run. This sounds like a lot of faff and prep, but the results have been worth it for me. I hadn't realised how painful and stiff parts of me had become until it disappeared. I feel 20 years younger.

Excellent price and quality item, I'm keeping hopeful my new nutrition formula (from the medical journal) will help with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome I have, a genetic disorder of collagen processing, this along with 12 other supplements are now at work in my body. The only side effect so far is that I rattle when I walk! 🙌

The largest of any of my supplements and makes me shudder swallowing them. Could have done with being a little smaller to make them easier to use. I bought them to help with my knees. Amazon does not permit discussion of whether I feel it works.

I have just started taking this and after a few days I could feel the difference in the pain and swelling in my fingers. Some people on the review are staying how big the tablet is and that its a choking hazard. that's absolutely ridiculous. One big gulp of water and its gone so don't be misled by those stupid comments. Enjoy the benefits

The grinding of bone stopped. Of the many supplements Glucosamine sulfite is considered a better option because the other liquid solution solidifies and looks like a rubbery solution not permanent

These are pills the size of milestones, not capsules and they also have a load of extras in the mix that I didnt order - like anti-caking materials etc. I had to grind it up to use and it tasted very salty, despite its claim. I’m ordering an alternative in future and these will go in the bin
