I bought these to replace the one that came with the original machine. I find that they do not change the taste of the water. I'm usually quiet peculiar about this, and I found them excellent. Do not feel any aftertaste or even taste at all. If I am not going to be using it for a couple of days, I do save it in a wrap on the fridge. After making sure my water is drinkable, these help replenish all those minerals that get lost in the process. Excellent product!

Adds the perfect adjustment to taste and PH for the water system. My wife and I joke that we are 'water snobs' now, but the Bluevua RO system is wonderful. We travel full time in an RV and it is a great comfort to not have to lug packs of water around and the flavor is consistent no matter where we travel. Try making ice with the Bluevua system, you can almost see through the cubes the water quality is so great. We do change them out every 6 months as recommended. Enjoy!

I have been using my water filter for a little more than 18 months. I have begun changing this remineralization filter every 4-5 months, as it adds to the taste and quality of the water. On average, we filter about 2.5- 3.0 liters per day of water.

It says it added vital minerals in the water. I cannot tell if it does that so I'm giving my trust.
