I take this sort of supplement regularly and you get 300mg daily in this one. That is a good dose for me and I try to take this amount daily. You get 120 tablets in a clear plastic bottle, with a twist off lid and a removable seal underneath the lid. The size of the pale orange tablets are easy to take, although the daily dose is three tablets, preferably taken with a meal. Having to take the 3 tablets, to get the 300mg dose, means that the 120 tablets will only last you for 40 days. They are vegan suitable and made in the UK. The best before date on my bottle is 10/26. The current price of £14.24 is a little high, in my opinion, considering you are only getting 40 days supply.

It is only when you read the back of the jar, you realise each tablet is only 100 mgs and you have to take THREE tablets to achieve the recommended daily dose. The manufacturer could just as easily claim it's 1000mgs and suggest you take 10 tablets a day. Not just misleading but dishonest. Yes, if you read the further details and scroll down, you will see it's only 100 mgs NOT what it says on the front.
