I have bought Uni ball pens for years and have always been very satisfied. I have purchased several packs of the Uni ball Jetstream pens as I prefer writing with fine tip and usually order either the 0.5 or 0.35. They write smooth and never skip, which is what I look for.This is my first time getting the Uni ball One pens and in my opinion, they don't compare. There is drag on the paper and they skip often. If these things don't bother you though, they are comfortable pens to write with and the ink color is very dark.

I had another uniball one pen I bought at a Japanese stationery store. I no longer live nearby the store so I got these from Amazon. They look the same in the photos but they are not the same things. The lines are thick and watery and the ink skips too much. I tried two different pens and I gave up within a couple of days. I threw the whole package into trash. It’s very disappointing.

These pens are cheaply made and don't write well. I have these pens in capped versions and they are much better than these retractable ones. I have previously loved UniBall pens, but not these. I have already donated them to office pens for Clients to use or I would return them.
