review after 2 years+ used mobile are working good

It is loaded with features it can heat sometimes in summers so be careful if you go outside so much touch sensitivity and quality is just perfect. And i guess it can charge 22W. And it comes with 5G so you can enjoy everything at high speed and it is value for money product.

Superb phone

I bought 3 phones together ( 128 GB) + (256 GB) last year in september 2024 for my family. Phone works well even after one year but phone quality is not that good in terms of camera and sound. Camera is poor in night mode or at the time of Night. Don't buy this phone if you are plannig to use it for Gaming. Memory is good in this price range 128 GB @ 8500 & 256 GB @ 11,000 but features are limited for daily use. No heating issue found so far in last one year and I am sure most of the phone of this model are good built for daily use. Sound (hearing alarm) is pathetic and don't give the expected result. But, afterall Budget is what we look for as middle class customers.

Highly disappointed by this mobile mi13c 5g, we purchased on 6th and received on 9th Aug 24, very poor sound quality and charging took 5 hours and draining very fast. When we approached amazon, they sent inspection team and the engineer came to our home and told, it is defective, amazon will take back and give replacement or refund, no communication for 3 days. When we called amazon customer care thru booking with lot of difficulties in contacting them, they told only 7 days replacement warranty directly in mi store, that is over. Now you come under waranty, if any issue in the speaker or mic they do service and give us back. Then for this we purchased new phone we asked, they told please read the terms and conditions and disconnected the call. Then mi service centre, this model is like this only. You have to buy a 18 w charger separately , normally it comes with the set, you have not got it, your seller not provided. They issued 5w charger, that will take time. Our samsung 5 years old phone is working better than this new phone. A very worst experience by mi and amazon. Any solution you can suggest. Highly disappointed with amazon. The trust we had is slowly eroding. I suggest don’t go for it.

Phone is good but after 1 year use. Speaker is little damaged. Otherwise good product.

Product is good .I am using this phone from one year and this phone I bought in only @9000 and due to this budget this phone features are very good than other phones this phone is dual 5g and battary backup is very nice and this phone is not heated easily.
