The weather has warmed up so I started riding my motor scooter and have noticed back pain after about 30 minutes of riding. I tried several back braces and chose this one. The build quality feels solid and their sizing chart is spot on. I recommend that if you are between sized to go with the larger one. When I opened the box I thought I made a mistake because I couldn't understand how this belt could help with back pain; boy was I surprised. I have gone out half a dozen times with it and NO MORE BACK PAIN! It really works. The belt has no gay company logos on it and is simply plain black. You forget its on after a couple of minutes. I tried several other back support braces whose support belts are all elastic unlike the Back-A-Line. I thought the elastic would make them more comfortable, but what I found is I had to pull the elastic so tight to feel support, that it was uncomfortably squeezing my stomach and made me want to take them off after a shot period. No matter how tight I got them, they still didn't seem to provide as much support of the Back-A-Line. I highly recommend this belt to anyone wanting more back support.....especially anyone who rides a bike!

I like it supports the back when rider my motorcycle. i wear 36 pants and it fits perfect.
