These are soooo comfortable. I have bad knees and the quality of the cushioning of these insoles makes such a difference. I woke up this morning with the right knee already aching and as soon as I slipped into my Birkenstocks with Dr. Scholl's insoles, I immediately felt relief. Try them.

These are comforting because on my feet for 4to6hours and they help out a lot. Good quality and you can cut to size.

I got these for my work boots after they’ve seemed to be wearing down and my feet have been hurting quite badly. I wear steel toes and work in a grocery store on my feet for 8-10 hour shifts. Added these inserts and I will DEFINITELY say that it gets worse before it gets better. My first few days with the inserts were absolutely miserable. Changing the height where my foot sits in the shoe, even after removing original inserts, caused serious blistering and the sole of my foot didn’t feel any better either for about the first week. After they were broken in my foot pain improved a bit from the original pain but definitely not enough to buy these again. If you are just on your feet for part of the day or looking for something for mild use, but if you’re on your feet all day like me I’d recommend trying something else.

Great insole replacement.

I wanted to wait until I really tried these before leaving a review. As a CNA, I'm always on my feet and running. In recent months my feet have been aching by the end of every shift so much that even after sleeping I can barely walk. I got an amazing pair of shoes that have lasted me about a year or so and I figured they were finally losing their support. Being a CNA I also don't make enough money to drop another hundred on shoes that are holding up with everything except the insoles and to be fair, I'm starting THE life-change which is causing some weight gain so it could be just that too. I decided to look for additional insole support to see if it would help. I went back and forth on a couple but decided on these. Omg am I glad I did because I feel like I'm bouncing lol. It's been over a month (closer to 2) and these are still working. No more pain. The support is incredible. They fit perfectly without having to cut in my size 9 sneakers. Just enough thickness to feel the difference but not overcrowd my shoe so I still have room. Even my ankles, knees and back feel better. I find myself running up the stairs often now instead of willing myself. I tried to find my husband the men's version but couldn't find the exact same. Not sure if they make it for men. These will forever be my go to. I'm afraid they will run out someday so bought a couple more just to have on hand. I'm curious to see how long they will last because any I've tried before never made it longer than a couple months tops. I would notice the comfort level would start fading within a week or two. The memory foam ones tend to lose their memory in less than a week. The fact that these are still cushiony and giving bounce surprises me but give me hope. Even if they only last 6 months I'll be thrilled and just pop in a new pair. It would totally be worth the money.

I was having some seriously painful heel issues, that then led to hip and knee pain because I was overcompensating for the heel. Put these inserts in my tennis shoes and after about an hour all the pain was gone…heel, hip and knee. I haven’t taken the shoes off yet, so I imagine I’m not “cured” but doesn’t matter because these I starts are doing the trick while I’m wearing them!

Just like any other insole. If the shoe is uncomfortable, it doesn't add anything. Just buy new shoes and don't waste ur money on insoles!

So comfy and support, I can stand for hours, but remove old insole 1st, otherwise too snug
