I have three bikes and use this motor oil in two of my street bikes. You can’t go wrong with Luigi Moly, Motorex or Motul. They are all great oils. Don’t forget Amsoil, it is fantastic oil made here in the USA. These top line oils use much better base oils and the latest additive formulations that keep your engine running smoothly by reducing friction. This also helps in gaining power and mileage. Extends oil change intervals, although I prefer to get which ever top line oil is on sale at the time because this is expensive oil and I also change my oil more frequently which I think is more important in keeping your engine running smoothly. Mobil One Euro edition oil is also good stuff and much less expensive. You can’t miss with Luqui Moly, it has been around forever and made in Germany. The Germans don’t mess around when it comes to machinery.

Since American "full synthetic" (Group III) isn't the same as European full synthetic (Group IV, Group V), I decided to use this as it truly is the highest quality full synthetic motorcycle oil. Granted the other stuff probably works fine; I had used the Castrol synthetic (Group III) that Triumph recommended. Since This was on sale it was cheaper than the other full synthetics. The bottle has an easy pour neck that pulls out. I live in Central Texas where it's warmer year round that other climes so went with the 10W-50.

This is the only oil brand I buy for all my vehicles, now including the motorcycle.

I bought this for my KTM 1289 Super Adventure, was 1$ cheaper than KTM recommended, however this checks all the boxes for certifications and specifications. I think this will work perfectly for my bike. I'll update this review after riding a few hundred miles with this oil.

I acquired a 92 softail with 60,xxxmi on it. couldn't bring my self to by HD oil so i went on the hunt...WITH HD oil the bike ran between 200 and 220 deg and on the first try with this oil it runs 195 to 210 in stop and go traffic. Also when started (cold) seems to run a little smoother due to the 10w i assume. Oil PSI is about the same. I know putting something other than HD oil in your HD is a sin but i didn't buy this bike brand new. The previous owner took it to the HD dealer to have all service done. Im happy so far with this oil in my Vtwin, i will change it again this season im sure and put this in it for a second time round.

Only use this for my BMW R1100s.

Oil is fine just a weird quantity in jug

Ich hab Samstag, den 8. Mai bei meiner Bandit 1250 S vom von der Guhs verwendeten Motul-Öl zu Liqui Moly Street Race 10W50 gewechselt. Und ich möcht euch mitteilen, dass die eine super gute Entscheidung war !! Wie jetzt die Gänge reinflutschen (vorher wars sehr hakelig und bei niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten kaum möglich zum Anhalten vom 6. in den 1. Gang zu kommen), jetzt flutschen sie super gut. Auch die Kupplung funktioniert um Welten besser, und der Motor hängt viel besser am Gas, auch der Starten bei kalter wie warmer Maschine geht viel leichter und schneller von Statten. Nebengeräusche des Motors sind drastisch reduziert, und sie macht ihrem Namen Bandit jetzt noch viel mehr alle Ehre. Lasst euch nix anderes aufschwatzen - entscheidet euch für Liqui Moly-Motorenöle und Öl- und Kraftstoff-Additive. Vorher bei Motul, wie auch jetzt beim LM-Öl habe ich das Liqui Moly Oil Additive MoS2 Bike in der vorgeschriebenen Menge (bei Motorrädern mit Ölbadkupplung max. 2% zugeben) reingetan. Auch dieses Zeug wirkt Wunder !!! Es gibt nur ein einziges Produkt, das mich von Liqui Moly enttäuscht hat, nämlich das Motorradkettenfett (hier kommt mir nur S100 ran). Ich nutze seit Jahren Liqui Moly-Produkte und habe mir dieses für meine Bandit 1250 S hier bestellt zum ubschlagbaren Preis. Liqui Moly ist absolute Weltspitze, egal beu Autopflege oder Schmierstoffen - ich habe vieles ausprobiert und Liqui Moly topt alles im positiven Sinn, und ist dazu sehr günstig. Zum Vorredner, der dieses Öl mit Castrol vergleicht: Ich habe schon viele Motor-Ölmarken verwendet für Auto, Traktoren und Motorrad im Leben. Aral - super, Agip - super, Mobil - unzufrieden, Motul - super, Liqui Moly - absolut spitze, und Castrol in meinem damaligen Astra H GTC 1.6, das für Opel zugelassene Produkt von Castrol. Und kaum nach dem Ölwechsel lief der Wagen immer schlechter, hatte immer weniger Leistung, immer mehr Spritverbrauch und Ölverbrauch, und nach 4.000 km stank das Öl absolut unerträglich bestialisch und war sehr sehr schlammig am Ölmesstab und tiefschwarz. Sofort bei 4.000 km machte ich Motorinnenreinigung mit Liqui Moly Motorspülung und wechselte das Öl und den Filter wieder mit Liqui Moly TopTec 4600 (das beste Opel Öl von LM, das ich zuvor schon 2 mal genutzt hatte). Und siehe da: der Wagen lief wieder absolut sauber, ruhig, hing wieder gierig am Gas und preschte mit sehr viel Durchzug vorwärts !! Castrol werde ich nie mehr kaufen !!! Auch mein Suzuki-Vertragshändler und meine Motorradwerkstatt befinden Castrol für das schlechteste Motorenöl-Fabrikat, das es auf dem Weltmarkt gibt ! Also lasst due Finger von diesem Müll und kauft das jeweils weltweit beste Produkt - Liqui Moly. Entwickelt und hergestellt ausschließlich in Deutschland, mit Anspruch an kompromisslose Qualutät !
