This fountain is both elegant and functional. The stainless steel design is easy to clean and adds a modern touch. My cats drink more water now than ever, and the gentle bubbling sound is super calming. It’s been running quietly and steadily without a hitch. Worth every penny for healthy, happy cats. The size is perfect, very easy to set up. The cats love it!

Got the Veken stainless steel pet water fountain 2 weeks ago. It appears to be made very well, is sturdy, and looks nice! It is super quiet, nice looking, easy to assemble when following the directions, easy to clean, and my cat seems to really like it! She no longer goes into my shower waiting for my faucet to slowly drip water. I always have a fresh bowl of water out for her as well as the fountain.I would recommend going ahead and ordering extra filters to have on hand. I highly recommend getting this water fountain! It took Lucy about 4 days to get comfortable having it around then got brave enough to use it. It takes her a while to get used to new things. (Took her months to finally use her fuzzy bed!)

My cat loves this fountain and he spends a lot of time lapping the water. It only took a few hours for him to start using it. I chose this product b/c it is all stainless steal - even the flower. So it’s sturdy and looks nice in the room. It’s super easy to clean and the replacement filters are affordable and easy to order. There is a water guage on the side that lets you see the water level. But it’s super easy just to lift up the top trays and look inside - and water can be added then without unplugging the unit. It doesn’t make any noise at all. It comes with a nice thin mat to keep any drips off the floor. I’m super happy with this product and highly recommend it.

I love this thing. I upgraded from a plastic one after the motor broke, as I have a cat with a urinary disorder and he needs to stay hydrated. The stainless steel is so much better, cleans much easier and over functions well. I like that it has several different filtration methods, especially one that filters the water as it falls so it keeps dust, hair, and gross buildup from getting into the main water basin. It does make quite a bit of water noise, but I actually like it. The motor itself is quiet so it sounds like one of those mini waterfalls.Now, I do have some complaints, but they are relatively minor. I don't know if my cat has a really flappy tongue or what but the water does get everywhere. I have a tray with a deep lip I've set it on so it keeps the water from collecting on my floor. However, I tried using the pad that came with it first and it was basically useless. It keeps the fountain from slipping around I guess but the water collects all over the floor. I suggest buying this with some kind of tray/ edged plate to set it on if you don't already have one.Overall though, it seems really well built and functions as intended. My kitty boy loves it and stays hydrated as ever.

Changed our two cats' (and dog's) lives!!!!!! I have noticed them drinking a lot more, and they seem to enjoy the taste so I think the water must taste very fresh. I've only had it for four months or so and the motor seems to be running just fine, no problems there. I think it is a good size, and although we have to change out the filter every couple weeks because there's three pets using it, it's not difficult to do. Very easy to clean. I know the filter needs to be changed when the cats start looking for other sources of water like the facet, but as soon as it's changed, they are right back to loving it. And one of the cats is a real bossy boots picky kind of cat but he likes it a lot. And I honestly feel really happy to have them really enjoy the water they drink everyday. So yes I think it is a good value for money: the light up function button that lets you see how much water is left I definitely value. And I like that it's stainless steel over plastic. Highly Recommend!!

I've had this water fountain for my 5 indoor cats a year now. The motor just died after it being on constantly for nearly a whole year. All my cats love it and I do too because it keeps them from wanting sink water. They all constantly wanted me to turn on the sink so they could drink. This has eliminated that problem! I clean the water fountain and replace the filters about every 2 to 3 weeks. With 5 cats the filters get dirty pretty fast. It's very quiet, easy to use and clean, cats all love it. I don't have any complaints about it. I actually bought a second one just so I don't have to fill it up as fast. I would highly recommend!

I recently switched to the stainless steel version of the Veken water fountain. We had previously used the plastic blue and white flower fountain, but it would mold VERY quickly. The stainless steel version will eliminate the mold issue as well as ensure my kitties are drinking clean, safe, and filtered water. This wasn’t super expensive; average price for a water fountain. I’d recommend this to any pet owner. I’m very please with the look, functionality, health benefits as well as the quiet sound. It also came with a cute little mat. 20/10!

Works great most of the time. I have had this fountain since June of 2024. It is easy to clean and most of the time the motor is quiet. Sometimes it gets loud and I am not sure of the reason. The filters do get dirtier some weeks more than others. I do not change it weekly, but I do clean it out weekly. The only issue I have had and it's not all the time the motor will not run if the wire inside is not placed a certain way. So I have the play around with it for a while before it will begin to work. The cats do love it and use it often. I may purchase another one if the time comes where the motor stops running.
