This is a great water based stain. Easy to apply and dries fast. I applied with a stain cloth. I used two coats of “light oak” to achieve this color.

Product was thin but I believe it is due to being a water base stain. The color saturated nicely but I was difficult to get an even consistency at times due to how thin is it. I would suggest building to the desired color with very light/thin coats.

The light oak starts out a light color, and with more coats will darken. The picture is two coats. Easy to use and soap and water clean-up, too.

This stain is very easy to use. I am using it on some cutting boards that have been etched to make the etching a little darker. This stain is food grade which is important since people will put food on the board including raw meats.

What an excellent product! I had bought 250ml of light oak first to stain some pine shelves, they only needed one coat but I am very happy with the result. Very easy to stain, after shaking the bottle I poured some into a glass jar and used a paint brush. They dried quickly outside. I then bought a 1l bottle to stain my new beech wood chairs, they looked nice with one coat but I ended up doing two coats, but you need to be careful as it can get patchy, I just got a damp cloth and wiped off the patchy bit which worked. I then waxed them with no problems. I like the fact it is water based too as I am very sensitive to lots of things and I did take an antihistamine before using this and I stained them outside, but I had no allergic reaction so very happy about that🙂 excellent product and i would definitely recommend 🥰

Es gibt gefühlt 100 Verschiedene Holzlasuren , ich hab mich für diese entschieden. Auf dem Bild zu sehen , der erste Anstrich mit Pinsel. Die Lasur ist sehr flüssig also was unterlegen wenn der Boden keine Flecken bekommen soll. Ich wollte die Europalette einfach etwas dunkler haben und denke , daß diese Lasur getan hat was sie soll. Das Holz war frisch abgeschliffen und somit ist die Lasur auch schnell eingezogen. Bin kein Tischler oder Holzverarbeiter deswegen kann ich keine genaueren Angaben machen aber für meine Zwecke genau richtig.

It absorbs very quickly, so you need to work in small sections and wipe away the excess within a minute or two. Don't let it sit too long! ​Overall, I highly recommend this stain, especially if you're looking for a low-odor, quick-drying option. Just be sure to do a test patch first and get your application technique down. The end result is beautiful and long-lasting. I'll definitely be buying more for future projects.
