Jerome Russell Bblonde Maximum Blonde SILVER Toner | 75ml

recently tried the Bblonde Maximum Blonde Toner, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results especially for an affordable at-home toner. The biggest difference I noticed was how well it neutralised brassy and yellow tones. After a few washes with regular shampoo, my blonde had started to look a bit warm and dull but once I used this toner, it shifted to a much cooler, brighter shade that looked fresher and cleaner overall.

For years I've been trying to achieve a nice silver blonde and finally found this toner. My natural hair colour is a salt and pepper grey with yellow in it (not a good look) so I bleach my hair blonde and was then using Opalex silver toner to help take away the yellow and add a silver look. This was very hit and miss and mostlyleftmy hair purple. So I read the reviews on this toner which said best used on bleached hair. I was terrified but followed the instructions and am so glad I did! I bleached my hair, washed it with a clarifying shampoo, then put on this toner. I heated it with my hair dryer for probably only 3mins then left it wrapped in clingfilm for 30mins and the pic is the result 👌 No purple, just a lovely hint of silver, perfect! I've just bought 4 more packs ready for when I next need to use it.

This is one of the best blonde toners on the market. I recently went back to blonde by bleaching my hair myself with wella Blondor to a level 9/10. I decided to also tone it with wella toners as I already had the developer which cost a bomb for my long hair and I didn't get the results I wanted and it made it like straw. I got the results using this magic potion in the ice blonde shade and conditioning it well after. I also use the silver one too which is lush. I use a strong clarifying shampoo or pre colour shampoo before it for best results.

Amazing toner . I left mine on for abit too long and had a purple hue for afew washes but after that it’s such a nice cool blonde , defo recommended and will use this toner going forward

I bleached my hair from black and did my whole head twice as of course the first dose resulted in a coppery colour and I used this toner for both attempts. I felt like this toner actually made my hair darker which I was upset about and also I felt like it made my hair coarse, the smell was quite strong but there was a lot in there so it was worth the price but I just don’t think it did much even on the second attempt when my hair was blonde, a dark blonde but blonde nonetheless. I was aiming for a silver tone by the end but it’s clear I’d have to have a third attempt of bleaching but I’m happy with the colour at the moment, maybe when I bleach it again at some point the silver will work but for the time being it was a waste of money for me. My purple shampoo worked much better for me, I feel like it really helps with the colour so I’d invest in that instead

I am actually very impressed with this semi permanent toner, I wasn't expecting much, but it has greatly improved the yellow tones at my roots which were due to me using a box dye X2 and it not lifting the hair enough. The rest of my hair from about 6cm from roots is highlighted to level 10. The roots/yellow part was level 9/8 in most parts. This toner helped reduce the yellow effect and makes the level 9/8 roots look more pearlecent and less weird. I left it on the roots for 20-25 minutes. I know it will wash out in 1-2 washes as my hair is farily porous due to multiple processes in the past couple of months during lockdown. The level 10 parts of my hair have gone slightly slivery/lilac in parts even though I masked them with conditioner and only applied the toner to my roots. But as I rinsed it out the toner as held on to the porous parts, but it looks nice and I think it gives a good effect overall if you don't mind different shades in the hair. The overall tone is ashy which is what I wanted to achieve. I would definitely use this again as it is non damaging and had left my hair looking shiny.
