You want over nights for when you're sleeping and heavy regular for if you tend to bleed through regular pads during the day. Regular is if you're an average bleeder that changes them every 4 hours or so. They work well but I had to try 2 different sizes and pick a preference. I'm a heavy bleeder but felt awkward because they were longer than regular but it prevented awkward moments. I like this brand for comfort and odor protection better than ALL others. **Q: How many inches in length are these pads?** A: These will be 11.8 inches long. -The Always Team **Q: I ordered this and it arrived today. Only got one box not 3 like listed in the description. How does this get fixed?** A: let them know and it will get fixed. Customer service is very good **Q: Help! are these for menstruation or incontinence?** A: These are for menstruation. I don’t know that they help much with incontinence. Maybe small dribbles like when you laugh,cough,or sneeze but not much more than that. Try the nighttime size. Those may help. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ BEST ALWAYS PADS *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 March 2024* These pads are the best pads I've ever used; no leaks (I change every 4 hours cause I'm extremely heavy), they don't dry you out, they don't give you a wedgie, they don't smell like strong cheap perfume for a Β£1 (I hate the smells of pads, this literally just smells like a sponge lol) and they are the most comfortable pads I've ever worn (like a pillow more than thick plastic kitchen roll). I wanted to try these for bedtime and these size 3 pads are better than other always size 5 and size 6 pads I've worn for bed (those make me leak and feel uncomfortable wearing.). Because I'm extremely heavy, I will definitely get the size 5 in these, but I feel like I wouldn't need them, but more so I can have a better sleep without worry. Overall, these are the best pads ever!
