Purchased this for my parents. The keypad is "dirt-resistant" and very clicky, making it easy for them to type. The "Number Talker" feature (where it speaks the number you press) is very helpful for people with low vision. Highlights: Loud Speaker: The sound during calls is clear, and the ringtones are loud. Torch: The dedicated torch is quite bright for emergency use. Language Support: Supports multiple Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).

Worst experience. Don't buy
Worst product... Product received is not able to charge completely. In this phone 3 straight lines are shown for charging but only one line is getting charged other 2 lines are not charging. I have already raised replacement or return issue but didn't get replacement or return. Donnt buy this product.. worst experience.. i want my refund.

Working fine There is a software glitch showing"sending text message screen" pop up without any action sometimes.then device stuck, switch off and on will solve the issue. Torchlight is too good with dual LEDs. Battery lasts a week stand-by,3 days normal use.
