Moo Moo Cow Butter Dish – 1 lb Large Capacity Plastic Butter Holder with Clear Lid, Cute Farmhouse Kitchen Storage Container, White & Black

I'm not going to lie, I ordered this because it was a shade over £6 and I wasn't looking to spend a huge sum of money on a container for butter, that and the fact that I loved the name “Moo Moo Butter Pod”. It’s a simple design made from injection moulded plastic and does what it needs to do i.e. it holds a chunk of butter in a clean environment. It’s very easy to clean and because it’s made from plastic it isn’t going to shatter If dropped on the floor (I don’t recommend you throw butter on the floor) plus the little cow face looks adorable. I really like it and I think it makes a cute addition to the kitchen.

The good: Nice looking butter dish. Good size. Transparent lid is practical to see how much butter is there. Cow themed. Value for money. The bad: Not dishwasher proof! Which really isn't great for a butter dish, because [insert drum roll here] It gets covered in butter!! Cow themed.

Returned it as for that price expected porcelain. I didn't read the description in detail as it looked like a glass cover with ceramic / porcelain base. Sadly not, just plastic. Quite good quality but not what we want.

Brought this with the Moo egg cups and Yes as Silly as they are I love them. I love Moo Cow Black and White patterns. I'm Looking at completing the Full range at some point. It's a light weight Plastic/Resin Product and love the See through lid as I can see when the butter needs replacing without needing to remove the lid. If I had my way my kitchen would be completely Cow themed from wall paper to cupboards to kitchen Goodies and Tiles the lot. My Love for The Cow Pattens has worn off on my Lurcher his Night PJ Jumper is Cow patterned (His MooMoos we call them). When the time comes and we need a new butter dish will definitely buy another to keep with my Kitchen theme. The design is good it keeps the butter fresh and coveted so no need to put in fridge unless it's really hot hot summer then we do. It's keeps the flys/bugs at bay (Not that I have that problem as I run a Clean/tidy kitchen Regime) if you like Cows then yes this is a Product for you or if your a Barnyard animal fan same applies or just a mad animal lover Full stop. Nice well made butter dish. One of the advantages of this design is that you can easily see how much butter in the dish due to its transparent lid. Easy to clean and looks good.

Cheap and cheerful. Good for the price. The lid falls off quite easily so would be better if there was a bit of a seal. But does the job

Die Dose kam schneller, als angegeben und sieht genau so schick aus, wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist groß genug für ein Standard-Stück Butter mit 250g, ohne dass eben jenes an den Deckel stößt. Damit bleibt die Dose schön sauber und kann am Ende der Butter einfach ein Mal abgespült werden. Ich bin ja sonst eher für wirklich handwerklich hergestelltes Geschirr, aber wenn man die Butterdose im Kühlschrank auf den Glaseinlagen herumschiebt, da wollte ich doch eher etwas sanfteres haben und bin mit dieser Dose hier sehr zufrieden.

This is a cute butter dish ... perfect for your one pound butter ... Just have to be careful when washing not to scratch it ... always use a sponge

Es un poco cara para lo que es, porque no es que sea de un material de altísima calidad. Pero me gustó el detalle de la ilustración de la vaquita y por eso la compré y no me arrepiento. De momento muy contenta con la compra.
