Greatest Works of Oscar Wilde (Deluxe Hardbound Edition)

I started buying these books last Christmas for my grandson. Really nice book details.

I gave in to the sponsored ad on this one, and I don't regret it. Very nice presentation.

Good quality cover, looks good.Have not read it yet, but the material quality is good.

When I bought this book the description was “Leatherbound” and it is only hardcover. I am not going to go to the effort to return it, and I give it four stars as it is a beautiful book. I looks like they updated the description. So, there is that. It is a beautiful gold gilded page book. I would not have paid quite so much had I known it was only hardcover. But, I still give it four stars as it is a beautiful edition.

As a kid I thought his stuff was top tier. Now it’s laughable. Just terrible writing

This isn't leather bound and I understand the times but I didn't like the fact the author felt so biased of women. It immediately made me stop reading. Hard pass.

The book is for my sister on her birthday she'll love the Oscar Wilde book.The seller was great got it to me before the actual date it said it would be here.

Prettiest book I've ever held in my hand. Been meaning to read Oscar Wilde since a long time. getting a hardcover book at 300/- was a FANTASTIC deal !! Fee dents here and there but apart from that, everything looks great ❤️

On the shelf, this book may look quite nice but at closer inspection this edition is anything but deluxe and surely overpriced. At almost 18 pounds (not including delivery and customs) I was expecting nothing less than the average Barnes & Collins classic hardbacks. Alas, paper is cheap, printing on one page of a leaf is evident on the other page, the hard binding is made of carton boards of which their corners are easily bent/bumped. The title says Greatest Works of Oscar Wilde which is deceiving as only 2 of the author's classics are included (true, the description in the advertisement mentions this).Overall, a total disappointment.

Nice packaging and quality.

I have no complaints regarding the quality of the books. But I got this book with a damage on cover. Amazon should deliver books with little care. For that, packaging should have improved. Only a Paper cover doesn't protect damages.
