Cafetera extraordinaria
Excelente cafetera de diseño, robusta. La llevo usando 8 meses y el encaje de las piezas no ha cedido ni un milimetro. Café buenísimo, la espuma de la leche perfecta. Cara pero la calidad del producto y el prestigio de la marca lo cumple.

Non monta il latte
La macchina fa il caffè discretamente bene, ma non si riesce a montare il latte: si scalda troppo e si blocca senza poter avviare il pannarello montalatte, oppure esce ancqua e poco vapore così il latte si scalda e non si monta, oltre a allungare il latte con acqua (circa 20 ml su 100 ml di latte). L'ho portata all'assistenza (Centro Stella autorizzato SMEG a Bologna) che l'ha esaminata e me l'ha restituita dicendo che l'aveva provata e funzionave benissimo. Peccato che il difetto nel montare il latte è rimasto tale e quale. Mi chiedo se quando fanno i test provano a fare un cappuccino oppure eseguono test poco significativi. Se una macchina da caffè di questo costo non funziona da subito ci potrebbe anche stare (forse), ma me la dovevano cambiare senza battere ciglio. vergogna.

Machine achetée d'occasion mais reçue sans le porte filtre et les filtres, dommage. On s'attend de plus de sérieux de la part de Smegg, Pourtant la machine avait l'air d'être en très bon état.
