I liked them so much, we bought another set, loved them, easy for a old lady of 72 to use, also comfortable and hold up, no rips, tears and has stayed good, looks good and fit well, I have never washed them, I use them on wound care on my buttocks, we pinned the dressing to the pants to keep the dressings from falling down, hard to use coban orkling wrong on the buttocks, good value for the money.

These run small, I barely fit. I would have given more stars for the quality if they stretched more.

These worked fine for me after a surgery, not a baby. I needed something that would not have elastic around the legs that would irritate a surgical site. Because the site was draining, I needed to be wearing a pad at least most of the time. These did the trick and they can be thrown out if need be, or laundered, and they came nicely out of the wash I was doing with a laundry sanitizer and they went through the dryer and didn't shrink. Just remember, no elastic and odd fit means they may want to fall off, so be on your guard! They are probably fine for post maternity or maternity patients.

They are very short on the buttocks, I changed them back and forth and they are the same on both sides .the material is better than hospital ones, but they seem to be deformed

I like the quality of these disposable panties as they feel stronger than the ones provided by the hospital. These definitely feel durable enough to withstand multiple pad changes in a day, whereas the hospital ones tend to tear when removing a single pad. I’m normally a size 6/8 and the size large fits fine. They don’t go up as high on my stomach as the photo shows, but I have a long torso so it just may fit differently on me. Personally I feel they are not as high waisted as the ones you get from the hospital, but they still seem to be high enough to hold the thick postpartum pads in place. I definitely appreciate the quantity that comes in this pack as I feel that my hospital never sends home enough underwear for postpartum care. This pack should be more than sufficient for my needs.

Very small. My measurements are within the range listed for the XL of this product and the fit is very low rise, not even able to come up over my buttock. The photo is deceiving, as I was looking for something high waisted and comfortable.
