Glass Septum Pincher: 8g Black, 3/8" Diameter

For 8g 3/8: Material and build are very nice, very smooth. I know that everybody's body is different, but for me the notch isn't long enough so it doesn't really sit. Again, bodies are different, but it is too small for me and falls out constantly if it's not flipped up. Normally an 8 is a good fit. I ordered both a 6g and 4g 1/2" to hopefully find a snug fit with wider notch. This isn't a complaint review. I like the jewelry enough to buy again other sizes. No nose knows what will fit right before shoving it through!

This is such a beautifully made piece of jewelry. I love black glass and I dislike pinchers with o-rings (there's not a very large selection of notched pinchers out there surprisingly) so this caught my eye right away. Unfortunately, it's sooo small - appearance and fit-wise. I even went up a size, knowing that the wearing surface of the notch is typically a little smaller than the gauge states. The first time I blew my nose, it flew right out, lol. So now I have to remove it beforehand so I don't lose it. For the same reason, I need to remove it before I wash my face as well. I constantly check to make sure it's still there as it rotates often because of the loose fit, and I've woken up a few times to it hanging on for dear life.I'm a 10g and ordered an 8 but I probably should have gone with a 6, possibly even a 4g. I checked it with calipers and the wearing surface is between a 10 and 8 and the flares are a just smidge larger than an 8. Also, my piercing is placed relatively high, so you can just barely see a little something hanging down when you look closely. I wish it was more noticeable because it really is a gorgeous piece that I would wear all the time if didn't always worry about it falling out. Maybe I'll give it another shot down the line and try a 6 or 4.

I have ordered plugs from this distributor in the past and have always been pleased. Sadly, this time I probably should have read the reviews. It is a great piece but it is far too small. The 8g fits like a 10g. For anyone buying this, go at least one size up.

Falls out sometimes. I’m at 10g ordered an 8g and it still just slides out. The notch was barely there too so maybe just wear with little o rings

Its a great piece and I do love it but I bought the 8g and its smaller then my other 8g pieces not by much but enough to be slightly irritating.

I’ve been at 10g for years and I see a lot of people saying that you should get a size or two bigger. I got both an 8g and a 6g. The 8 fits perfectly fine but the 6 would def be a bit of a stretch for me. I love the size of it and it is very comfortable. I plan on going to a 4g with these pinchers.

Smoothly went in without hiccups. Only wish it was a bigger mm for circumference
