Works as Advertised, but Heavy and Power Hungry...
The chop saw is powerful and performs metal cutting tasks effectively, delivering the performance expected from a heavy duty machine. Likes: Excellent build quality, very sturdy and heavy construction, cuts metal efficiently, and works as advertised. Suitable for workshop and industrial applications. Dislikes: One rubber foot was missing on arrival, causing the machine to wobble on flat surfaces. The unit is very heavy and difficult to move frequently. It consumes a significant amount of power, with startup power draw exceeding 3000W, which may be demanding for normal household wiring. It also generates high noise levels during operation, although this is common for this type of tool. Overall, a powerful and well built metal chop saw that performs well, but its weight, high power consumption, and industrial nature make it better suited for workshop use than typical home applications.

Worst packaging service
This is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted the Black+Decker brand and ordered this product, but what I received was a completely damaged item due to extremely poor packaging. The product arrived broken right out of the box, which clearly shows zero quality control and careless handling by the seller. It feels like no one even bothered to check the condition before shipping. This is not a small issue—it is a complete waste of money and time. For a reputed brand like Black+Decker, this kind of negligence is shocking. Amazon also failed to ensure safe delivery of the product. Customers should not have to deal with damaged items because of irresponsible packaging. I strongly advise others to avoid buying this product from this seller unless they fix their packaging and delivery standards. Very disappointed and frustrated with this experience. If this issue is not resolved with a proper refund or replacement immediately, I will escalate this matter further through consumer complaint channels.
