This is the first time I've taken something like this so I have no real comparison or metric to go off of. I took it for a month and didn't really notice a big change. I didn't feel an increase of endurance or vigor. Didn't make me any more in the mood so to speak. That said I haven't ever had getting in the mood to be a concern. I just felt like as I'm getting older I would try out some of these kinds of things to see what changes. I saw no side effects or mood swings or anything. Good ingredients. GNC has been in the vitamin game a long time and maybe someone with a greater need for this will notice if they are more effective than with me.
