I have seen these advertised for calming anxiety and grounding yourself in the moment, but the end that you put your mouth on is too short, so when you try to blow into it, it is hard not to cover the hole, which defeats the purpose. It also doesn't make much of a sound, which I'm assuming it isn't supposed to, and that it is more of a vibratory thing, but it doesn't feel like you are doing anything. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kid loves this. *by A***X on Reviewed in the United States on 31 December 2023* My son has ADHD and displays severe anxiety symptoms. I hoped this product(s) would help him a bit with grounding himself in any given moment. I believe it will be great at that. We have not yet had a moment where we need to try it as the products arrived today.So, the (maybe) bad news (for some) is that though this says it's 100% silent- that's 100% not true. Lol. My kid said- 'oh, a whistle.' And it does whistle. It's not an annoyingly loud whistle but it's definitely a whistle. That stated, we don't think that's a bad thing- at all- just different from how it's marketed. My 11-year-old absolutely LOVES that it's a whistle. Lol. An aside: I've no idea how the design of this product with the hole in the body of the device could possibly not be a whistle. If we figure out how to use it without whistling, I will come back to update this review.He was also very excited about the bracelet. He immediately asked if it was obsidian- I've no idea how or why he knows anything about obsidian but there was that. I previously ordered for him a different anxiety-breathing necklace that did not whistle (it did not have a hole in the body) but the (much thinner, more delicate) chain was tangled and broken; frankly, he wasn't taken with it.This product arrived super-fast- I think within 2-3 days of ordering (we ordered after Christmas(!!!!) and we received it by New Year's Eve). The products were well-packaged to present to my son. The products came in a box, with the necklace inside of a pouch, laying atop the bracelet. It is a very nice gift. Very nice. Especially for the price.
