Esthetician Must-Have!
Okay, listen up – this facial steamer is a game changer! It’s super durable, even with all the clients I’m running through. The automatic shut-off? Yasss, no more worries about leaving it on when I’m multitasking! The quality is next level – smooth, steady steam that makes skin glow instantly. And let’s talk about noise…or lack of it! This thing is whisper-quiet, perfect for those relaxing, spa-like vibes. Performance? Flawless, honey! Get this if you’re serious about your skincare game! 💆🏽♀️✨

Very awkward! I regret my purchase!!
The entire base/extension pipe doesn't reach very high. I have to set the entire thing at the highest setting to have the light reach/steam wands reach my clients. Extremely unfortunately, it lowers through out use so after each client I am readjusting the height so the arms of the lamp/steam wands dont hit my client in the face. Also for the cold/hot steam functions the language used for what water is acceptable is confusing (cold steam is 'rushing water only.. what does that mean? I googled and still dont know) MAGNIFYING LAMP: The window is awkwardly small, I mean unless you are planning to only look at one eye at a time this light is useless. The light also has an extremely sensitive button (I say button loosely bc its a touch screen essentially), when turning it on it starts on the least bright option (which is also alarmingly bright) but when you tap it 'on' the button is sooo sensitive that you might accidentally increase the brightness twice to an offensively bright level if you dont just mildly tap it for the least amount of time possible. The arm is short so you need to push the machine very very close to the client to use it. Magnification is less than a normal mag lamp. I took the light off the machine and do not use it because I have a much higher quality mag lamp. HOT STEAM: Heats up very very quickly which I love, however I would never have purchased this item if I knew it didn't have an ozone feature in the hot steam wand which is boiler plate/industry standard and kind of shocking this isnt included. Possibly most annoying of all, the arm of the hot steam is *NOT* adjustable in direction it is fixed, only the head of the steam wand rotates the angle of the steam. If you want to adjust the arm of the steam wand towards yr client you have to spin the entire machine around and as a total design flaw when you spin towards yr client you cannot see the button options for the steam/timer/hot/cold whatever and its easy for the cord to get wrapped around the base but the cord is short so I have to unplug and unwrap. This makes it super annoying and awkward bc yr just spinning the machine around a lot and I am spending a distracting amount of time to get the wand adjusted to my clients. COLD STEAM: I thought this would be a super cool option for sensitive clients with rosacea etc but the cold steam *still* smells like plastic after two months of use so I am not using it on clients yet. I have let it run for an hour to get the plastic smell out but it just will not go away. The arm of this steam wand is extremely mobile but you cant adjust the head which is again.. awkward so you are spinning around a lot to get it on client. Overall this machine is a headache and obviously not designed by Estheticians. Do not buy.

Perfect for home
I have tried in the past smaller hand held facial steamers but what I love about this is that you can actually lay back on your pillow and adjust the machine to you and you can relax. You don't have to hold anything as it's on wheels. Very easy to use and store in a corner of your room. It does look like a piece of hospital equipment BUT worth it.
