I'm a 49 old male and I use to take these vitamins for a couple of years and then stopped to try a different brand. The problem was I didn't realize what a difference it truly made to my overall health and energy until I stopped taking them. After about two months of feeling lethargic and fatigued I immediately ordered another bottle. It's been about 10 days and I'm already feeling the difference. These are more expensive than most brands so I recommend taking 6 of them a day for the first 7-10 days and then 3 vitamins daily after that. I absolutely love Xtend-Life!

I’ve taken every single pill in this bottle, and I recommend it. It’s a great mixture of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, and contains many of the ingredients that I like to take. The downside is that the recommended number of pills is pretty large - 7 a day! I took two or four a day depending on my mood, and I liked how I felt when I took them. They also have a bit of an earthy smell to them, but it’s nothing to me considering the quality of the vitamins. I even came to enjoy it after a while. These aren’t cheap but I doubt you could find a higher quality men’s ‘all in one’ supplement. Highly recommended!

Looking over the supplement facts of this multivitamin I would say this does deliver on the total and complete multivitamin containing vitamins and minerals that help a variety of health processes. The tablets are a medium size with a slippery coating about the size of a penny in length but oval. They go down fairly easy and seem to digest well without any digestive issues. A serving is however seven of these capsules. The directions say to either take them all in the morning or in two different periods of the day. At the current price of about one hundred ten dollars these are maybe not an incredible value with just thirty servings for the bottle but it seems to be high quality and well researched.

After taking the entire bottle (30 day supply), here's my review for Xtendlife Total Balance Men's Premium Multivitamins: It has the most extensive ingredients list that I've seen in a multivitamin, and even included Amino Acids. Also, most of the supplement dosages are really good. The only two that I recognized as low dosage for me were calcium and magnesium. Also, the Omega Oil supplement was missing, but all 3 supplements are easy to add separately. The tablets were small, coated, and easy to swallow. I was fine with taking 7 tablets per day, since I took 3 in the morning during breakfast, and 4 in the late afternoon/evening during dinner. I noticed a marked increase of energy and stamina after about two weeks of use. I felt stronger during workouts, and I stayed alert all day at work (From 7-4pm), instead of sometimes getting sleepy around lunch. I also started to get better sleep, which was nice. I've tried a lot of multivitamins over the years, but until I used Xtendlife, I never found one that gave me enough of what I was looking for. I was so happy with this, that I ordered another bottle, and am currently using it now. Also, my wife wanted to try this brand, so she started using the Total Balance Women's Premium Multivitamin. She really likes it, so now we are both Xtendlife customers.

Although I like the premise of these vitamin tablets containing many other nutritional supplements such as enzymes, amino acids, bioactive compounds, etc., I find it a bit difficult to take (7) tablets per daily serving and at the current price point. The convenience of having all these benefits in tablets seems appealing and so far, I have had no ill side effects while taking and indeed do believe I feel a bit stronger, energetic and livelier while taking it, the current price is still a bit too pricey in my opinion and help the manufacturer can eventually bring it down to a better price.

. I have added this to my daily routine. The suggested number to take is six per day. I take two along with my three meals a day to spread out the doses. Doing very well with them. These are more like elongated pills and are very easy to swallow for me. They go down easier than standard capsules. Quality manufacturing is very important to me. Globally sourced ingredients are to be expected due to growing conditions and indigenous origins. I have tried several supplement products from New Zealand and have found only great quality and value. I have been taking colostrum products daily from NZ for the better part of the year.
