Ribs hurt thanks to wheelbite. Shame on Globe.
I have a couple globe longboards. This one was super fun to carve around on. It has a short wheelbase like a conventional skatboard, but the 10" wide deck is much better for standing on than a tech board. Sadly the wheel well weren't cut deep enough for such a wide truck. I guess I carved pretty damn hard, because I wen off the front. Luckily ribs aren't broken, but I'm a little busted up. Black scuff in the front right wheel well where it dug in on a quick right turn. If they used a 1/4" riser or cut deeper wheel wells, I'd be happy and not in pain.
