This stuff is great! It's one of the few things that will cross the blood brain barrier, and keeps your memory all together! We had my mom on this for a long time, then she stopped swallowing her pills, so we pulled them from her (she would chew on them ... ick) and after that, we watched her go downhill quickly, sadly passing in the next year. When she was on them though, she was talking, answering, chatting, we could carry on conversations ... off them, we got nothing. As I'm semi-retired now myself, I have incorporated them in my routine and I can say it helps too!

I started taking this supplement a week ago to help with cortisol levels, stress, and an overview active brain (racing thoughts, insomnia only solved with doctor prescribed medication, etc). My son has intellectual disability and I homeschool him. After taking the supplements, learning and retaining information seems to be much easier for him!
