I can't tell you how many times I've purchased protein powder over the years, and ended up dumping in the trash due to the bad taste. This brand's chocolate-flavor protein powder is AMAZING. I love it so much that I would choose this over most anything I consider a cheat or a treat. I do like dark chocolate, so I'm guessing this isn't too sweet. If you love sweet stuff, you may not be as impressed as I am. As for mixing, I pre-mix 3 days' worth with a strong electric handheld mixer and pour into sports bottles, so I don't notice if it blends well just by shaking. I've mixed it in with my Greek yoghurt, and it mixes fine for that. The most important part for me is the taste and I couldn't be happier.
