Honestly, I was a little hesitant buying a refurbished MacBook Pro, but this one turned out to be a solid purchase. There were a few minor cosmetic flaws—nothing major, just small signs of wear kinda a dust keyboard—but functionally it runs great. Everything is smooth, fast, and does exactly what I need it to do without any issues. If you’re okay with a couple small cosmetic imperfections and care more about performance, this is definitely worth it. I was surprised it didn’t come with the original Apple charger, but it did come with one that was suitable for it 4 & 3/4 stars I guess but still worth it

Before purchasing a refurbished MacBook, I was worried about quality issues. I read many reviews from previous buyers, and some of them really left me at a loss, fearing that they might cause unnecessary troubles and subsequent problems after the purchase. Of course, there were more positive comments, which were also more objective, true and positive, strengthening my confidence in purchasing It has been two weeks since I received this M1 MAX 64G MacBook, the brand-new 140W power adapter equipped with the MacBook, and the magsafe to usb-c cable. After receiving the MacBook, I carefully observed its appearance and found a few acceptable minor scratches. After turning on the device, I checked the system information. Among them, the battery can be charged in 40 cycles and its capacity can reach 99%. I installed the commonly used apps and all the programs ran normally. Then I upgraded the system to macOS Tahoe. The speed measured by the speed test software was many times faster than that of my previous MacBook. The time for processing videos was saved by 80%. The performance of this MAX really satisfied me In the previous comments, I saw that some buyers mentioned that the M1 MAX with 64G memory and 1TSSD was upgraded to 2T. I also enjoyed this treatment. Here, I would like to express my special thanks to the seller for upgrading the SSD to 2T. It really made me happy

Machine working flawlessly

I am absolutely thrilled and pleasantly surprised with this purchase! The computer arrived in perfect condition—like brand new—and it's incredibly fast and high-performing. It handles everything I throw at it with ease, blowing away my expectations for speed and power. There was a minor delay in shipping, but Amazon and UPS sorted it out within 24 hours. Fantastic customer service all around. Highly recommend

2nd Edit: and we’re going back down to one star, because the seller sent the exact same power block AGAIN. Even after I told them what the recommended Block for this particular MacBook Pro required. You could literally google the correct size or look on the Apple website. But instead they sent me the wrong size cord, which won’t even power the machine, at best, and will ruin the battery, at worst. Hopefully this laptop will last because I will not be buying from Amazon renewed again. Editing up to 3 stars from 1 to give the Seller some credit on this interaction. They immediately send out the proper cord and the current laptop is working great. Unfortunately, I am still on laptop #3 since May via the Amazon Renewed program, so I can't morally give more positive feedback than that, at this time. This is my third MacBook Pro purchase through Amazon’s renewed program in under two months. I’ve been trying to upgrade from my 2013 machine (which Apple has basically bricked through forced obsolescence) without dropping $4K+ on a brand-new system. Laptop #1 wouldn’t even boot. Immediate return. Laptop #2 took a month to arrive (despite “expedited” shipping), showed up with a warped frame, and started overheating within weeks. Returned again—now waiting up to 30 days for a refund. Laptop #3, ordered at a significantly higher price point to avoid more hassle, finally arrived… with the wrong size charger. The unit shipped with an 87W aftermarket block instead of the required 140W charger. After 90 minutes on the charger, the battery was still at 8%. I contacted Amazon support expecting a quick fix (like every other returnable item they handle), but was told I had to wait 24–48 hours for an email from “the seller” before anything could happen—even though the seller is Amazon themselves, via a contractor. I didn’t ask to return the laptop. I just needed the correct charger. Instead, I had to buy a proper 140W charger out of pocket—again. I haven’t even removed the wrapper from the incorrect one they sent. This should have been an easy, next-day resolution. Instead, it’s been an exhausting string of poor quality control, long delays, and frustrating support over what should have been a minor fix. Amazon: Do better.

I've had this for about 2 years now. Has worked perfectly as expected, even as a 'renewed' item. It did come with some aesthetic flaws but it's renewed so I wasn't expecting perfection. I bought the warranty just in case but have had no need to use it. My other 2 macs I bought new, yet this one has performed just as well as they did.

This was the best purchase I have made so far! I can’t thank you enough for this MacBook Pro that not only came as advertised but in pristine condition! It looks and runs like it is brand new! The only thing is it didn’t come with the original packaging which is fine, I’d rather have the product in the condition that it came in! 10/10 recommend!
