Good quality but less flame.
Good quality, looks awesome but the flame is less. When you're using the burners on both side, the middle one is useless.

Poor or no reponse during emergency hours.
Good product but poor Or/ no service reponse, you record a service problem, snd the response will follow in its sweet time. Can't depend on them. Amazon should look into this problem as it's the seller end.
