We thought we would try this for the first time, and this milk did Not disappoint. We put it on our cereal andlove the flavor!

This was a good deal to buy the six pack of organic oat milk for my morning coffee. My husband is able to drink cow's milk, but It's not a good choice for me anymore. This barista-style oat milk works well for frothing, as well as generally adding creaminess to coffee. It's great that it's shelf stable; presently living on a shelving unit in our garage during the colder months until it's time to open a new carton and refrigerate after opening.The taste is smooth, the consistency is creamy. The cartons are well sealed; never a leakage problem. Purchased in a box of six the cost compared favorably with another vendor that I also order coffee bar supplies from periodically.

I love the simple ingredients in this oat milk! I have bought this item multiple times.

Best alternative to real milk out there, and it doesn’t have extra chemicals. My wife has 1 kidney and cannot eat/drink some of the additives in the blue carton.

I have been using Califia Barrista Oat Milk in my coffee for years, love it, better than real cream, BUT, I decided to try their "organic" version, even paying more for it, but figured it was perhaps an upgrade.Well, was I wrong!This stuff was not only NOT creamy, but watery, odd-tasting, and a complete waste of my money...and yours, too, if you fall for this like I did. I did not bother to read the reviews for this new item, because I trusted the Califia brand.Don't buy it, let Califia figure out what they did wrong, change to a better recipe and well...we all deserve better, and expect better, from Califia.

I recently changed my Subscribe-and-Save from Califia Oat Milk Barista Blend to the organic version for its lower potassium and sugar content. It tastes just as good and froths nicely with a wand frother. It costs a few dollars more and is worth it. It did take a reorder to get the correct 6-pack as the first one turned out to be coconut milk. See the photos for how 6-packs were labeled, which was confusing. Otherwise, I will continue with it.

It mixes well with dark coffee giving a mouth feel and flavor that complements the coffee better than whole milk. That said, there are brands which sell "full fat" oat milk that are just as excellent in coffee and less expensive, while also being shelf stable.

I've used Califa Farms non-organic oat barista blend for years and really liked it's neutral flavor. However, when I switched to this organic blend, I noticed that it adds a slight sourness to my coffee that is very unappealing. I also prefer the eponymously named barista edition brand that offers a more neutral, daily like flavor. I would not buy this organic version again even though I appreciate that it's organic.
