So what! I can't see what the fuss is about. You are running across muddy fields and you are worrying about a slight crackly sound... arghhh!After a few months you don't even notice the carrier bag crackly sound. They are brilliant, they have kept my feet dry whilst running through really muddy, wet ground. My socks would have been drenched with normal trail runners.As with all asics they are a bit small. I am a size 10(UK) so I buy 10.5(UK).
