I’m genuinely impressed with KiZE Energy Bars. These are so good — real, simple ingredients that I feel good about eating. No weird artificial stuff, no hidden junk, just clean energy that actually sustains me between workouts, during hikes, and on long work days. The taste is delicious without being overly sweet, and the texture is satisfying (not chalky or gritty like some other “healthy” bars). Best of all, I get steady energy without the crash you often get from sugary snacks. If you’re looking for an energy bar that tastes great and gives you fuel you can feel good about, these are worth every penny. Will definitely be buying again!

I had previously tried the KiZE bars when they were available at a warehouse club and they were fantastic. Great taste, simple ingredients and without the sticky chocolate coatings or icings other bars use. I had to write the review after receiving my first shipment of KiZE through Amazon. The package arrived in an insulated container with two ice packs (it's August and HOT). The bars are shelf stable but this goes to show how much KiZE values their customers and cares about the quality of their product. Very impressed with both the company and their product line.

I ordered these protein bars on July 2 2026, was expecting it to be delivered by July 16th but I received it on July 9th 2026, in which I very glad to receive it earlier. I work on a ship and now I have some good tasting kize protein bars for days, ordered 30 count total. I really like the textures of these bars, with 7 grams of proteins even it costs 50 dollars but I was still saving compared buying 1 box for 25 dollars for 10, do great value for the money, it's very chewable, I enjoy these bars and have to make sure to make them last till August 1st. I recommend and it's worth it. Thank you

These bars are delicious. Great clean ingredients and perfect for on the go and in need of some protein. Doesn’t taste like chemicals like most protein bars. I’ll buy these again for sure. I’ve only tried the peanut butter chip and the oatmeal chip so far. Soft and chewy.

Definitely one of the best sweet treats on the market that don’t cost you! Unfortunately they do still have the protein bar texture but since it’s actually clean ingredients it’s tolerable.

These bars are hands down the best healthy snack bars out there. Especially if you’re gluten free (which I am not but a bunch in my family are). They taste great. The brownie and chocolate chip cookie are delicious. They are nicely chewy and not dry. They are also decently filling. Literally, the only downside is that they are expensive. I don’t mind paying for something good but I typically wait until I can get them on sale somewhere.

Wowowowow. I had my first bar actually on American Airlines, it was the cookie one. I was blown out of the water it was so good. I normally rely on trubars, which are good but this is literally indulgent. They literally taste like the fudgy Annie brownies I ate as a kid. So I ordered a box of them to try, make sure they’re still as good when you order them as an individual. The seller literally shipped it how I’d ship it to a friend, with an ice pack and serious insulation to make sure they’re stayed in tact. Not only did they stay okay, I literally turned off my oven to stop baking brownies once I took a bite of the fudge brownie one. So good!!! And really great salt balancing too. I am SO glad I was introduced to these. Next step will involve adding them to existing fruit dessert situations; I think that will be so yummy! Don’t hesitate, just go for it
