Review: never worked, and I had to pay 19.95 to send it back - Should have bought locally.... the air fryer never worked. The first batch of steak cubes cooked at 400 F for 30 minutes and was barely warm. But I did not save the boxes, and without the boxes you get charged 19.95 to send it back. Learned my lesson. Don't buy appliances on desertcart.

**Q: Made in USA ?**
A: Yes, it can fry your chicken Alexa, whether it be chicken legs, wings or small whole chicken without the addition of the butter.

**Q: Has anyone made sweet potato fries or cod?**
A: We have not made sweet potato fries but we have name the frozen fries several times and they are quite good.  They're not McDonald fries but certainly acceptable.  The fish that we've made in ours is crab cakes, fish sticks, and stuffed crab and they turn out really good, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Has anyone done freshly breaded  foods rather than frozen prepared? Specifically chicken.**
A: Hi Suz! I have done both chicken and fish freshly breaded and they have turned out really well. They turn out crispy and not overdone. I will say, they definitely taste different than a fried dish but still very good. In fact I prefer them over baking it. :)

**Q: How much food fits in?  What's the actual size of the frying basket?**
A: the frying basket is 8" in diameter and about 3" deep.  to put something inside the basket it would need to be about 71/2".  Hope that helps

I was looking for air fryer replacement, previous make withheld, due paint actually pealing from the inside. Kind of defeated the idea of eating healthily. So went looking for a stainless steel basket. There aren’t that many to choose from so I selected this one. I’ve had it for about three weeks. Use once or twice per day. Does a great job. Super easy to use. Would have given 5 stars but the handle is a little flimsy. So when clean the bucket I recommend NOT hold on the handle...could bend.
