Review: Poor quality, packaging, and workmanship, inaccurate instructions, and incorrect parts breakdown - Chandelier does look great from a distance, but close up the crystals look like a bad dental plan. See image. Every piece of crystal is a different size. The hole to hang the crystal is in a different place. Hence the horrible dental plan. Instruction manual bottom right hand corner shows 4 different sizes of crystal. There are only 2 sizes of crystal. The cross piece in section 3 was crooked and the holes did not line up. Section 4 needed to drill 2 vertical holes for the metal bars. 2 screws were missing in a sealed package. Overall unit took 5+ hours to complete. Unfortunately I could not return product before 30 days.
