This 'muscle rub' is a waste of money. It smells nice, but that's about it. I can't recommend it as I personally don't think it does any good at all.

I bought this item because I suffer badly with muscular pain and on reading the details,thought it might be helpful to me. I have to say it’s not bad at all and would recommend this to people who have the same or similar symptoms to me. You don’t need a terrific amount on the area required as it lasts quite a while. It’s good for joints as well as muscles. The aroma is a little unusual.
