Good quality and great value for money. Rami is a great brand with spices sourced from India, the original land of spices.

Plenty of flavor at a great price.
I make most of my meals at home to save money and for the health benefits of knowing the source of my ingredients. This mustard has a slight kick to it, and it is very flavorful. Furthermore, from what I have read researching this type of mustard strain, it seems to be the healthiest of this plant species.

You can grow black mustard
Fresh enough to sprout in soil. Much cheaper than a seed packet. Good flavor as well. All around good for garden and spice rack.

Strong Stuff
These have quite a bite to them so use it sparingly. I made four cups of a special mustard using these seeds and used a whole tsp as directed from recipe instructions. Yikes! An eighth of a tsp would have been more than enough but I suppose it depends on one's own personal tolerance.

Sprouted well!
Sprouted well, front left jar, fourth day after an initial 24 hour soak, 3 Tbs start. Rani mung, urad, and moth also sprout well(I sprout a mix of the three.)
