Expensive (imo) and not a good customer experience!!
Ok- so the item itself looks okay BUT for a Company who seem to rate themselves as being creators of a premium product, I think their efforts in also trying to provide a premium customer experience is very sadly lacking! I paid £37:80 for this small item. Personally, I think it is vastly overpriced but the recipient of it for some reason loves this brand, it’s her birthday and so I bought it for her. Was it nicely packaged and presented? At that price I would expect it to be but ‘no’ it arrived having been stuffed into a plastic bag and then thrown into an Amazon delivery bag! Not very ‘classy’ Jellycat!! Poor!!

The soft toy particulars do not stipulate size. Very expensive for a very small soft toy. Not worth the price charged

Kleiner, als erwartet. Aber wenn man Sheldon in der Hand hat, kann man den etwas hohen Preis absolut nachvollziehen. Nur ein Jellycat ist ein Jellycat. Billige Imitate können nicht mithalten.
