This fantastic top is new with tags and looks/feels nice in person. The "00" is raised off the shirt like on a letterman jacket. There's no materials/size tag but it's soft, lightweight, and measures close to a medium across the chest and maybe an inch or two short from top to bottom. It measures about 19.25" from armpit to armpit and 24.5" from top to bottom. Please check the measurements to make sure it will fit.
