I wanted flip flops with arch support for a trip where I knew there would be doing enough walking to get sore feet, but not necessarily need good walking shoes. These are it. Regular flip flops hurt my feet after an hour or so, but these are comfortable enough for several hours. Fit is true to size and the strap doesn't rub a lot.
