It's an interesting feeling, sometimes the feeling is slight and other times like a stinging - it depends on where it is in the program. It's easy to use and adjust the settings but if you have long hair you need to tie it up as the conductor gel gets all over it - as I found out! I love it's rechargable and it last long enough for a few goes (not sure how long between charges as I never timed it). It charged really quickly and read instructions on how to use it properly. I'd say if you have a bigger neck size than a 16" it's a bit small as it didn't fit around my neck. So my wife wanted it. Put moisturizer cream on pads put it on 1st setting and pads heated up quickly but I thought it vibrated but it gives you a pulsating small shock 😲.
