I have read the other reviews prior to purchasing this great product. So, I am taking the other reviews into account. If you are looking at this product then you know what it is and what it does, so I don't need to explain it. The bag is professionally made and looks really good. It's strong and durable which means that you can throw it around without any worries. The weight comes from weighted sandbags inside the product (there is a strong foam cylinder inside that holds the sandbags). The bags are double bagged within a plastic bag and then a cloth bag sealed with Velcro. Yes, this is a complete product as the bags and sand all come as a part of the product. There are criticisms about the sand bags in other reviews. I found the sand was slightly damp, but it is double bagged (sealed plastic bags inside Velcro sealed material bags) which ensure there is no damage to the product. The only issue I found was that some of the plastic bags had tape around them and some didn't. This means that when you throw the bag around there is a danger that the plastic bags could split (one of them had). But I replaced the bag with a freezer bag added some tape put it back into the material bag and it was sorted out. This is a great product, well made and designed and well worth the money. Very happy with this product.

Very satisfied with this product. Seems to me to be extremely sturdy. Very well made. Had it a week and I'm already thinking it is the best piece if gym kit I have ever bought. Cost me £7 for a 25kg bag of sand, so you do have to factor in the cost of sand. But it is so worth it. I am finding that a routine with a sandbag pushes me way further. Do make sure your 'playpit' sand is bone dry before putting it in the sandbags. Sand I bought was really quite damp and I needed to dry it out in the sun first. Seems a bit extreme maybe, but I am told this is necessary, otherwise the whole thing will rot. Main point is that I think this is a great product. Thank you.

This is my third update on this as I was being bugged by the seller to provide a new rating once I received the replacement bag. The replacement was better - the bags within (both fabric & plastic ones) holding the sand were of better quality & stronger (fabric ones branded!). Only one bag had some leakage of sand. It's a shame that these bags weren't used for the original order - they really need to sort this as it's just not on. I've used the bag for a few workouts & I'm happy with it. Watching content on youtube this is 'boxier' than most sandbags which are more like duffle bags so do decide which you'd rather go for. I went for this out of sheer laziness as it was already filled. It might be better to get a good quality canvas like bag with (hopefully) stronger inner bags in which you can put your own sand (or whatever filling you desire). Happy sandbagging. This is a new review since getting a prompt response from the seller regarding issues with the bags inside. The response from the seller could not be faulted & showed a keenness towards addressing the issue. Upon receiving the bag I checked the individual cloth bags within. There are ten of these each with sand inside a plastic bag. Most had burst due to weak plastic bags. The seller has assured me that this will be addressed. I think there were two different types of both the cloth & plastic bags used (one stronger & more appropriate for purpose whilst other insufficient). Hopefully the weaker & poor quality cloth & plastic bags will no longer be used in the future. The seller was very quick in responding, apologetic & courteous throughout. Should you have any issue with a product from this seller I've no doubt they will do their very best to solve the matter.

Extremely high quality adjustable strength training sandbag by RDX. Item has very robust quality about it with strong stitching and multiple handles. I purchased the 25 to 75 lbs bag which came with 2 internal sand bags (50 & 25 lbs) which require filling. The internal bags are made from the same high quality material. Great addition to my home gym. Very happy with this purchase.

Having researched the different weight training products available, I identified that a sandbag trainer was the most suitable for my needs. As a result of the positive reviews I settled on the RDX sandbag and purchased the 25kg version. The initial product I received had some water damage (okay these things happen) so I contacted the seller. I was extremely pleased to receive a prompt and helpful reply from the seller within five minutes of my e-mail being sent (at 19.43hrs), extending their apologies and that customer happiness and satisfaction were important to them. Within the hour I received a follow up e-mail from the seller informing me that a replacement unit was being dispatched. The replacement item arrived, which I have now used half a dozen times. The bag itself is of good quality, cylindrical in shape, with a hollow foam lined core that contains 10 individual sand bags. These can be removed or added to reach the desired weight for the workout. The bag incorporates a combination of handles, allowing for both wide and narrow grip for the permutations of static strength, and circuit style straining it can be used for. In summary I am extremely pleased with the bag, and the excellent customer service I’ve received throughout. The five stars awarded are thoroughly deserved, and I would highly recommend this product.

This is a great bag, came with 2 size of internal filling bags for 30&50lbs, very well constructed and nice finish to it. Particularly impressed built the inner bags as had sand leaks on previous ones but should be ok with this one. Recommend that you fill with dry kiln sand vs builder sand, but either is good. Great for a variety of exercises particularly lunges.

UPDATE: After posting the review below, the seller got in contact with me straight away and replaced the faulty sandbag with a new one. I haven't had a chance to try the new one yet but I am optimistic because these bags feel like really good quality - which is why I was so surprised when the first one ripped. Either way, the seller gets 5 stars for excellent customer service. I'll leave it at an average 3/5 stars until I've had a chance to try the new bag and verify the quality. (Original review: Appalling quality. I thought I had done my research and when I received this bag, it looked and felt pretty good. However, on its second use, it ripped along the end, see photos. It's only filled with 35 kg of sand and it's meant to be able to hold 90 kg. So I'm pretty sure it would never have held 90 kg. If you're looking for a good quality bag that will hold a decent amount of weight for sandbag training, this is NOT it. If it wasn't too late to apply for a refund, I most certainly would have. So disappointing. To the seller: if I've received a faulty bag, please correct this by sending me a new one and I will update this review. If not, this is just a scam.)

Beställde en 25kg power bag 10 januari. 27 januari fick jag ett paket som innehöll en t-shirt istället för min power bag. Sjukt besviken och undrar vad den här säljaren håller på med.

This is a decent bag for the price. However, 7 months in, the inner bag's stitching has come out by 50%. It was double-stitched. Now it's single-stitched, and has started leaking a fair amount of dust through the compromised seam. Next time I think I'll order from Goruck and leave the cheaper bags behind. Buy cheap and end up spending more in the long run. Buy somewhat expensive but better quality and you won't be constantly replacing equipment.
