good kalimba
I love it, sounds great, looks lovely.I don't think it was packaged safely (the box was squished) but it arrived in fine condition. It's already my new favourite instrument!

Good but could be better.
Ordered 8. 2 out of 8 were not tuneable due to very thin bridge that is out of position, so keys are not sounding properly. Key edges and rattle board very sharp so not so suitable to use with children. Would be better sound quality if they had resonators.

Fun and easy to play
I used this product for a study at my uni and everyone really enjoyed playing it. Surprised by the authentic touch it has!

look after your finger-nails
You will find peace of mind as you learn to make beautiful rhythms that include the full range of notes. The instrument I received may benefit from having just the one buzzer. I am turning it into a Kalimbalele my 23 note one is now a Mbiralyn, I recommend buying a looper and a contact mic to go with them.

I have been wanting to get one for so long. Born in Zimbabwe and moved to the U.K 20 years ago. I now have 2 children and they are enjoying learning a part of their heritage so much! It arrived so quickly too!
